As our strategic partner, Audra is a corporate trainer and experientialist, consultant and coach in such areas as retail, residential, property, hotels, media and construction. Managing director of Livewire Performance Consultants Ltd and former committee member for The Retail Trust, Audra is particularly focused on customer experience around strategy, service, hospitality and branding for her clients. She immerses herself in her clients environment, mystery shops globally and gains commissions by capturing the clients unique DNA and differences, then designs that into the fabric of the learning and development programmes.
Jane brings an excellent knowledge and experience from across a range of non-food retail sectors, from high fashion, office and IT to home interiors. As a former head of visual merchandising in a homewares business, Jane has experience in training teams and delivering merchandising and customer service standards at extremely high levels. This has earned her an extremely high reputation throughout the business. Jane is an ‘ideas’ person. Her creativity extends to helping to boost team morale through exciting weekly newsletters, co-organising company conferences and arranging in-house events that deliver key messages in an interesting and professional manner.
Andy has over 40 years’ retail experience, the majority of which has been spent at a large national chain with over 800 stores. Although he started out in retail management – in stores and in the field – he spent many years as new solutions manager and programme manager and leading retail support functions. Later in his career he has moved into retail consultancy, during which time Andy has delivered highly successful projects, as well as acquiring valuable contacts and skillsets.
Christine is an accomplished and professional HR professional with over 25 years’ experience in the retail sector. She is an expert in delivering people management strategies that deliver results and efficiencies and brings a proven ability to contribute, shape and implement change across a business, at both strategic and operational levels. Christine takes a hands-on approach in helping to deliver business improvements, maximising people’s potential and ensuring the HR strategy is intrinsic to the overall business goals. Christine’s warmth and empathy, and her extensive skills in cultural and organisational change, allow her to integrate with in-house teams and understand a business’s needs swiftly.
