During this period we opened additional concessions to drive sales and stock volume. We set up a warehouse sale in the Northwest of England and advertised to drive revenue. We bought in additional new season ranges from Germany to maximise sales.
Amanda and her team supported Moorfields Advisory through the administration of Basler UK. She was able to engage the Basler employees very quickly with her open and empathetic style even in very difficult circumstances.
Her communication was excellent keeping the Moorfields Advisory team up-to-date with key issues, as well as concessions hosts and of course store teams.
She is very commercial and clearly understands how to maximise the sell through of stock at the maximum value. She looked for opportunities to drive sales and cash into the business by liaising with concession hosts and opening additional concessions as well as a warehouse sale. Her retail knowledge is very diverse.
