Following GA’s investment in Shoon we were asked to support the business on a part-time consultancy basis and review specific aspects of the retail model. The outcome involved setting up an effective communication process, establishing KPIs, arranging weekly promotions and a refreshed staffing model. We also worked with the managing and buying directors to agree the most effective promotions in stores.
