Marlboro Classics, Italy

July 2013 to February 2014

The project with Marlboro Classics focused on maximising the sell-through of stock in selected stores. We deployed two consultants to help achieve the company’s objective to liquidate stock through a total of seven stores that were scheduled for closure after eight months. However, due to the success of the project and the subsequent performance uplift, only one store was ultimately closed.
