Austin Reed Group

We supported AlixPartners during the administration of the Austin Reed Group which consisted of Austin Reed, Country Casuals, and Viyella. To ensure the business maximised its sales and profits during administration, we focused on developing an effective trading strategy. This comprised effective cost of stock recovery, motivating and guiding head office and field/store teams using incentives and leadership strategies and controlled closures of all company stores and concessions.
