Working with PWC, we headed up the administration of the business. This was a very sensitive and delicate project, as it was vital to ensure the business assets were secure, at the same time as stabilising the store teams. Our solution was to deploy around 60 consultants who were placed into stores to ensure the business was secure and that all customer pledge stock was accounted for. The consultants also focused on helping to stabilise the incumbent teams. We worked closely with the directors of the business and PWC in ensuring all objectives were fulfilled and following the sale of the business our team then facilitated the closure of 56 stores.
